1. General Information
This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the website www.crodorglass.com (“Website”), owned and operated by CRODOR SRL, headquartered at 135 Vasile Alecsandri Street, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Definitions
Company / Seller – Crodor SRL.
Client / Buyer – any individual or legal entity placing an order via the Website.
Products – glass jars, bottles, lids, PET containers, and other packaging products displayed on the Website.
Order – an electronic request submitted by the Client to purchase Products from the Seller.
3. Products and Orders
Products displayed on the Website are for informational purposes. Crodor SRL makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, but minor differences may exist between product images and the actual products.
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by email. An order becomes binding only after it has been confirmed by a Crodor SRL representative.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order if:
the requested products are out of stock,
the information provided is incomplete or incorrect,
there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Moldovan lei (MDL) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on applicable tax regulations.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash upon delivery (for domestic orders), or any other method mutually agreed upon.
Crodor SRL reserves the right to update prices at any time, without prior notice, for unconfirmed orders.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered throughout the Republic of Moldova and soon also to Romania, using the company’s own transport or courier services.
Delivery times are indicative. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon receipt of the goods.
6. Warranty and Returns
Crodor SRL guarantees that all products comply with quality and food safety standards.
Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged, and properly packaged products, within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials published on the Website (texts, images, logos, and graphics) are the property of Crodor SRL or are used under license.
Any reproduction, copying, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Crodor SRL shall not be held liable for indirect losses, display errors, technical malfunctions, or interruptions in Website operation.
The Company’s total liability toward the Client shall not exceed the total value of the order concerned.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by events of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or governmental actions).
10. Changes to the Terms
Crodor SRL may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if not possible, by the competent courts of Chișinău.
